This document explains how to enable remote desktop.
How to
Open control panel, and make sure your view is either, View by: Small icons or View by: Large icons.
Find System and click it.
On the left menu bar, select Remote settings.
A window will pop up. Under the Remote Desktop area, select the radio for: Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication (more secure).
