Capture and record problem steps in Windows 7
Go to Start and type Problem Steps in the search.
From the search under Control Panel > click Record steps to reproduce a problem.
After recording a problem, it will ask you to save the file. It is a .mht file which will probably be zipped. You can open this file in Internet Explorer.
